SO Coffee Roasters believes that the next necessary step towards a meaningful impact in this coffee world is starting to make different questions, raise more awareness, explore how creativity can lead to real innovation, and ultimately, behave less like a fabric and organically connect all its elements, exploring how coffee can improve not only the farmers' reality but also the one we belong here, becoming a social instrument to make some good. SO is driven to reflect coffee in all its different attributes, through their lens of Portugal.
