Position Overview: We are looking for a Junior Buyer & Merchandising Specialist to support our merchandise strategy, build relationships with partner brands, and help optimize product performance across our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Scouting & Onboarding: 
• Support the onboarding process and maintain strong relationships with partner brands.
• Assistin identifying and selecting new brands.
• Merchandise Selection:
• Collaborate in curating seasonal collections that balance creativity with commercial potential.
• Product Performance Analysis:
• Conduct daily and seasonal performance reviews using PowerBI and othertools.
• Provide actionable insights to improve product success across our three stores.
• Stock Planning & Management:
• Help plan and forecast inventory needs to ensure availability and reduce excess stock.
• Monitor product life cycles to optimize sell-through rates and profitability.
• Budget & Pricing Support:
• Contribute to the development of buying budgets and assist in vendor negotiations.
• Analyze pricing strategies to maximize sales and maintain margins.
• Market Awareness & Trend Research:
• Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and cultural influences.
• Support the team with insights into emerging styles and market demands.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+years of experience in buying, merchandising, or a related role with in the fashion industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply it to decision-making.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, and other analytical platforms.
• A passion for fashion trends, emerging brands, and customer behavior.
• Detail-oriented,organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with brands and team members.
