We’re also part of Darvvin Strategic Consulting, a boutique consultancy that supports brands in the fashion industry through comprehensive services, from strategy to execution. As part of our team, you will not only contribute to The Feeting Room but also play a key role in supporting our consultancy clients’ growth.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Paid Media Campaigns:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to reach and engage our audience.
  • Define and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while achieving KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

Traffic Analysis:

  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Generate insights and reports to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless user experiences and optimize conversion rates.

Client Support:

  • Work with customers of our consultancy agency to plan and implement tailored paid media strategies.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to enhance their digital performance and meet their unique business goals.

Budget and KPI Monitoring:

  • Define campaign budgets and monitor them closely to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Regularly track KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to align paid media efforts with brand messaging.
  • Support the marketing manager in identifying growth opportunities and scaling campaigns.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media management.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive, organized, and a team player with strong time-management skills.
  • Experience in budget management and KPI monitoring.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging ad creatives.
