LOT was once again the stage of a great soirée - we teamed up with the Rebel Port Club to throw down a killer cocktail masterclass where we unraveled the secrets behind crafting trendsetting cocktails.

You know, one of the coolest skills you can have in your back pocket is being a cocktail master. Imagine this: you're gearing up to host a killer dinner party, and you want to leave your guests in awe with some top-notch drinks. Well, that's where mastering the art of mixology comes into play. The Rebel Port club had the idea to bring in the cocktail guru, Iolanda Lourinha as she took us on a laid-back tour of the whole cocktail-making process.

As we wrapped up the night, our cocktails left us  stoked, and every guest scored a surprising gift bag, courtesy of the Rebel Port Club. Inside those, we found everything necessary to conquer the world of cocktail crafting.

Two cocktail recipes for your next happy hour:

Port's Tonic

Ingredients:

- Ice

- Graham's Blend N. 5

- Tonic water

- Lemon

- Mint

- Sakura Syrup


In a glass with ice, add 1/2 of Graham's Blend No. 5 and 1/2 of tonic water. Next, garnish it with a slice of lemon and mint. If you're feeling adventurous, add 5 ml of Sakura syrup.


12 Fizz

Ingredients:

- Ice

- Graham's Blend N. 12

- Rosé sparkling wine

- Raspberry syrup

- Freshly squeezed lemon juice


In a shaker with ice, pour 50 ml of Graham's Blend No. 12, 30 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 20 ml of raspberry syrup. Shake well and then strain the mixture into a glass. Finish it off with your choice of rosé sparkling wine.
